Rajiv Dalmia
Managing Director

Rajiv brings in 16 years of marketing and management experience spread across five countries. Rajiv graduated in Commerce from the top university in New Delhi in 1988 and then completed his Masters in International Business from Melbourne, Australia in 1992. As part of his family business and entrepreneurial background, since then he has traveled and set up businesses in Australia, Indonesia, Nepal, India and UAE spearheading the sales and marketing divisions till 2002. After nearly a decade of a vast international marketing experience he set up his own firm called Data Direct FZ LLC in Dubai, UAE specializing in Direct Marketing and Database Management and Archiving Services.

Nigel Bailey
Group Account Director

Nigel has over 12 years dedicated consulting and implementation experience in the Direct Marketing & CRM environment.After completing his post graduation in management with specialization in marketing, he has worked with leading direct marketing and advertising agencies across industry segments. His expertise lies in effectively synchronizing database & analytics, new media, creative, technology, and marketing principles to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, CRM and Loyalty programmes.

Ajay M Shrikhande
Non Executive Director

As a stakeholder in Data Direct, Ajay Shrikhande brings in strategic input from his experience from the industry and the region. Ajay is also the Director & CEO of Brandcom Middle East, Dubai and Director of Brandcom Ltd., Cayman Islands. He also serves as the Non-Executive Director of Daarvag International, Tehran, Iran.
