AI IN EDUCATION

Integration of technology with the education system is an important feature that would take care of the future citizens of the U.A.E. Adoption of an A.I. curriculum partnering with technological companies will integrate digital education programs in several schools country-wide. The main aim remains to encourage the population to learn and to cut overheads.

AI IN HEALTHCARE

Plans to use A.I. and robotics to automate procedures and surgeries are in place. During the current pandemic, the use of A.I. applications has assumed even greater importance. Minimizing dangerous or chronic diseases through analyzing data is one of the advantages that arise from the use of A.I. in healthcare. To monitor the permits of residents who leave their homes by using facial recognition, license etc.

AI TALENT & AI STARTUPS

In January 2020 initiatives were introduced to enhance the adoption of A.I. The A.I. Talent Hunt Programme was launched to support A.I. talent and expertise. Extensive support to A.I. startups is an integral part of extending support to such startups.

THE FUTURE OF AI IN UAE

As per a World Economic Forum report from 2018, it is predicted that there will be a creation of nearly “133 million new jobs by 2020in A.I. and Robotics-related fields.”
